Shipping & Delivery Policy

Coverage Area

We currently deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery to outlying islands and restricted areas may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (HKT) on business days are typically dispatched on the same day.
• Delivery is made within 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery area.
• For gelato cart service events, delivery and setup will be arranged in advance and confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Delivery Fee

• A flat delivery fee of HK$50 applies to orders under HK$300.
• Free delivery for orders of HK$300 or above.
• Delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges. We will notify you before processing your order.

Delivery Requirements

If no one is available to receive the delivery within 3 days of arrival (upon email notice), an additional cost of HK$10 may be charged per day.
