Ordering FAQ
What is the minimum order for gelato cups?+
Gelato cups (100ml, HK$50 each) have a minimum order of 10 cups. Tubs — 730ml, 2.2L and 5.3L — have no minimum order.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?+
Delivery is a flat HK$150 across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and free on orders above HK$1000 (except remote areas). Orders are dispatched the day after confirmation, with an estimated delivery time of 5 working days.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes — orders of 50 cups or more qualify for bulk pricing. Message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and flavors for a quote.
Which flavors can I order?+
Cup orders offer a curated flavor list at checkout; tub orders can choose from our full catalog — classics, alcohol, tea, summer, savory and pet-friendly series. Browse the Our Flavors page for the current selection.
How should I store the gelato?+
Keep it frozen at -18°C or below. When serve, please keep at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to get the best creamy texture. For the best texture and flavor, enjoy cups soon after purchase and tubs within two weeks.
Do you have vegan or pet-friendly options?+
Yes. Our fruit sorbets (such as Mango and Lemon) are vegan and dairy-free, and our Pet-Friendly series is formulated for dogs with pet-safe ingredients.
