Our Story

The secret to I-Scream's success lies in the exquisite quality and rich heritage of our products. We firmly believe that crafting high-quality artisanal ice cream requires a perfect blend of premium ingredients, traditional craftsmanship, time, and a generous dose of passion.

Paolo Predonzan

Founder Story

I-Scream was founded in 1985 by Paolo Predonzan, an Italian gelato master who fell in love with the craft at sixteen as an apprentice.

In 1988, he honed his skills in Vienna under Arturo, mastering traditional gelato-making passed down through generations.

In 2003, driven by passion, Paolo established I-Scream Ltd in Hong Kong, one of the city's first authentic Italian gelato factories.

I-Scream opened its first store at Great Food Hall in 2005, then a flagship at IFC Mall the following year, bringing genuine Italian gelato to Hong Kong.

Today, we serve top hotels, fine dining restaurants, and Michelin-starred venues across Hong Kong.

Our Milestones

2003–2005

Founded as one of Hong Kong's first Italian gelato suppliers, building partnerships with luxury hotels and fine dining. Approached by Park&Shop to open a gelato corner at Great Food Hall.
